I began the post story for this several years ago but then got side-tracked with college and other stories. Since I have picked it up again I have added an entire back story which became another story completely. That is the one you will be reading here.

Chapter 9 is started but I really need to finish up some other chapters for other stories first. I promise it will not be as long of a wait as last time, at least I will really try!!

Summary

Mary Warren. Its a name everyone at Hogwarts knows. The angry girl that does nothing but cause trouble, even for the people she loves. She didn't used to be this way, but something in her third year changed her. It was in all the papers, her parents being put under the Imperious Curse and killing a fellow auror....but that's not the seed of her anger, just the shell.

Yet it wasn't her anger that lead her to Severus Snape, it was her indifferent beliefs and the feeling that she could relate to the man past the rumors. She learns more than just about him though and soon discovers that her life is spinning out of control. The savage dragon inside isn't done yet and nothing can save those closest to her from fire.

This is not a light-hearted story, nor is it simply a love story. This is the tale of Mary Warren.
